About Lauren

Lauren is the host of the Go & Tell Podcast as well as a lifestyle blogger for Lifestyle with Lauren. A former teacher, freelance writer, and magazine editor, Lauren obeyed the call God was putting on her heart so she quit her job and focused her attention on her podcast and blog. Lauren interviews local women who share their faith walk and how God has been influential in their lives. Lauren’s hope is that allowing space for women to share their testimonies on the podcast will further God’s Kingdom by planting a seed in someone’s heart, encourages and inspires the listeners.

Lauren lives with her husband and two sons (ages 8 and 4), of whom she homeschools in Frisco, Texas. She is passionate about many things but mostly loves to share the Good News and encourage women, young moms, and teens in their walk with the Lord. Lauren and her family love to travel, explore Frisco and surrounding areas, and they stay very involved in the community. Lauren is also passionate about health and wellness as well as exploring local restaurants and farmer’s markets for organic, gluten-free, plant-based foods.

Lauren works to connect women through Christ-focused content on her blog, podcast, and socials, equipping them to lead a life for God. Lifestyle with Lauren’s social media following is very unique and carefully curated by Lauren to weed out bots, scammers, spammers, etc. Lauren’s audience is organically grown with no paid-for followers or loop antics. While Lifestyle with Lauren’s combined “following” is relatively small, it is very interactive and connected, which makes what Lauren posts on social media to be authentic, real, and relatable.
